
Your mental health matters
Life can be a struggle for all of us at times, and how many of us can say we have a space to think and process what is going on for us. Therapy is the time where you matter and can have 50 minutes where you can sit in a calm space and explore your feelings, tell your story, just having a moment to think clearly without judgement or interruptions. Talking can be confronting,which is why your relationship with your therapist is key to build a connection and feel contained.

Why me?
I am an experienced qualified therapist. I am very passionate about my work and bring a friendly caring presence to my practice.
As a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I work to the BACP’s standards of Good Practice and their Code of Ethics.
I am a psychodynamic therapist this means I will explore with you your past, your present what might be going on for you now and your future. I will offer a safe space for you to think about your feelings, work with you to figure out the why’s and sit with you through the unknowns.
